Regarding the Covid-19 outbreak in South Florida

Utilizing the new information we are receiving daily regarding the Covid-19 outbreak in South Florida, we have decided to change our hours of operation and limit our services to emergency service calls only. We will service customers without a functional air conditioner exclusively. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have cause.

Hours Of Operation : Sun-Sat 7AM-7PM  (Until Further Notice)

We still answer our phones 24/7 please feel free to call us with any question you might have.

What Customers Should Expect?

1. – We will be screening all our employees every morning.
2. – Cool Air will dispatch Tech’s to customer’s homes with protected gear to insure all customers and our employees safety.
3. – Invoices will be sent in digital format to customer’s emails.
4. – Payment Via remote payment only (Credit Card and Finance), No checks or cash will be accepted at this time.

As changes occur we will be updating our customers via phone / texts/ emails and will try our best to stay open as long as we feel it’s safe for our employees.
