My AC wasn?t working properly and I was expecting to wait for a week to have it fixed. But I was surprised to hear them willing to come at a time and date of my choosing. So when I asked if I could have the service that day, they said it was possible and told me a representative would arrive that afternoon.

The technician they sent took charge and took out my unit so that he would be able to identify the problem. Not only did he correct the problem but also explained what and why this problem happened. What made the experience pleasant is that he never tried to sell additional service. Furthermore, he was honest and the bill was reasonable.
