Today, I had a great experience with my technician David C. He was very smart and explained every step to me. He when beyond his duties to satisfy me. Two if my rooms where not getting air flow and now they do. A technician from Sears gave me a price 2 times what I paid with Cool Air! Thank God for honest people! Thank you David C.
